SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Dr. Craig Oser Plastic Surgery & Med Spa ("we," "us," or "our"). By selecting an SMS consent option and submitting your mobile number, you agree to the terms that apply to the program or programs you selected.

1. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAMS

Non-marketing messages. If you select the non-marketing SMS consent option, you consent to receive text messages about appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and customer support.

Marketing messages. If you separately select the marketing SMS consent option, you consent to receive text messages about special offers, discounts, promotions, and service updates.

Consent to either SMS program is optional, is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is limited to the program or programs you select. Providing a phone number without selecting an SMS consent option does not enroll you in an SMS program.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us. You may receive up to four messages per month for a selected program, although transaction-related activity may affect frequency.

3. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

4. OPT-OUT AND HELP INSTRUCTIONS

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message, and you will not receive additional messages from the applicable program unless you opt in again.

5. PRIVACY

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers that help us operate our website, communications, and practice services, subject to appropriate restrictions.

6. DELIVERY AND CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or charges imposed by your carrier or third-party service providers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZED NUMBER

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of that number.

8. CHANGES OR TERMINATION

We may modify or discontinue an SMS program or these terms as permitted by law. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
